BioSuspensions Limited was formed in 2008, to exploit a novel structured suspension technology.

The company's SpheruliTEK™ technology allows insoluble drugs to be presented in a liquid formulation in much higher concentrations than has been previously possible, with greater flexibility in terms of particle size, complexity and range, lower viscosity and higher stability.
